“ 4 It's is easily my second favorite place to eat in Forney. It is BBQ done right. I've had other things there (that are all good BTW), but my hands down favorite is their Texas Fries. How can you go wrong with french fries, cheese and meat? They pile the meat high to make it a very filling meal. It was so filling that I had to take my desert to go. The meal itself was about 10, and with a drink and dessert I was closer to 15 (I don't remember the exact amount). If you are looking for great BBQ in Forney, this is the place. UPDATE: I've recently had their 2 meat plate, burger and brisket grilled cheese sandwiches. I haven't had anything here that I didn't like. Update: I just tried their Turkey club sandwich. You owe it to yourself to try it. Super moist smoked turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce tomato and a southwest sauce on grilled Texas toast. Yum! I was sad when it was gone. ”

“ Wow this place is great. Brisket reminds me of Pecan Lodge and I would put it at number 2 in the DFW area. Crunchy bark, dark, delicious. Black gold if you ask me. That's how I like my brisket. Pulled pork is delicious and the smoked turkey is crazy good (I got an end cut, omg thank you lord). Sides aren't very good but nobody goes to a BBQ joint and waits in line to try the mac and cheese. ”
